We are looking for a motivated and dependable Account Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build a career in insurance, gain hands-on experience, and advance into higher-level sales or service roles over time.
Position OverviewThis role combines outbound calling and administrative support to help drive new business and support our sales team. You will play a key role in generating quote opportunities, following up with prospects, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a growth-focused position. Licensing is required (if not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe). Advancement opportunities are available for those who perform and want to move up.
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to prospects to generate insurance quotes• Follow up on quote opportunities and warm leads• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks• Chase outstanding documents and underwriting requirements• Set up DSS and other internal systems as needed• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up timelines• Support the overall flow of new business from start to finish
Qualifications• Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone• Organized and detail-oriented• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic• Comfortable handling both sales-focused tasks and administrative duties• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
